Welcome to the 2012-2013 Enrollment Season!
Mark your calendars for these important dates:
Monday, January 2nd, 2012: Financial Aid Applications Available
Thursday, January 26th at 5:30pm: Open House and Re-Enrollment Event!
Friday, February 3rd, 2012: Financial Aid Applications DUE

Re-Enrollment
Re-Enrollment for currently enrolled FPCS families begins January 26th at 5:30pm and goes through February 10th. A Re-Enrollment letter will be sent home with students in January 2012.

Open Enrollment
Open Enrollment begins February 13th for new families who are seeking enrollment with us. Applications will be accepted begining January 26th, but will not be placed until after our re-enrollment period. Your application if received before open enrollment begins February 13th will be date-stamped and processed in a first-come first serve basis. Upon enrollment you will need to pick your choice of payment for tuition. Tuition is divided into an 11 month payment cycle, August through June. Each family is required to have a FACTS tuition agreement account with the school, unless you are paying tuition in full by July 12th. FACTS form will be provided at the time of enrollment. You have the choice of having an automatic withdraw on checking, savings or credit card. (If you choose to use credit card there will be a 2.5% processing fee on total amount charged). A 4% discount will be given off total tuition if invoice is paid in full by July 12th, 2012.

Financial Assistance is available for families returning to FPCS. At FPCS we partner with a private company called FACTS to process your Financial Assistance request. The forms must be completed and mailed by the parent to FACTS, there is also a small fee to be paid by the parent to FACTS. Your application must be postmarked by the deadline on your packet. Applications are available in the school office starting in January when we return from Christmas break. If you have questions, please contact the office.
